Paid Vacation Time: 1-2 yrs 5 days paid, 3-9 years 10 days paid, 10-19 years 15 days, 20+ years 20 days paid.
Vacation time is paid out 8 hours regular and 1 hour overtime.
If you work on the road CMC pays all hotel expense and $20.00 per diem.
If you work on the road for and extended period you will get $.75 per hour worked on the road in the form of a bonus check at the end of the calendar year.
90 day probation period. This is your time to decide if CMC is the place you want to work and if your performance is acceptable. If you decide this is not for you please give notice to your foreman during business hours. Two weeks is appreciated. You will receive a raise after your 90 days.
Raises are yearly and are tied to an Employment Evaluation. Raises are implemented the first pay period in July.
