Cedar Falls Construction Co., Inc. specializes in highway patching, bridge approach repair, small paving and widening projects, pavement saw cutting and pavement service repair by diamond grinding with grooving and profilometer also provided. Patching projects include both concrete and asphalt work consisting of full depth repair, partial depth repair, and longitudinal joint repair. The company has completed projects throughout Iowa, helping to repair the state’s highway and interstate system.
With three generations currently in management, Cedar Falls Construction is proud to be a family owned company. We work to build strong relationships with our employees. Our office doors are always open and visits from our employee’s spouses and children are very common. Issues are shared freely and communication is valued. There are many opportunities for advancement as employees will receive hands on training on our equipment. Most of our equipment operators began as laborers, and almost of our current superintendents and foreman began as laborers.
